802.1x for WLAN security

What do you think about 802.1x for WLAN security? Is this standard ready for enterprise use yet, or would we be better off to wait until the bugs are worked out?
I believe that 802.1x is ready for the enterprise. The Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) solutions supported by 802.11s such as RADUIS are already enterprise-level solutions. These combined with other WLAN best practices should be more than sufficient to support secure enterprise WLANs.
