Tim Scannell is the founder and chief analyst of Shoreline Research, a Quincy, MA-based research and media services company specializing in mobile and wireless technology and initiatives. He is also a managing director of 2in10 Ltd, a global management and advisory company based in Scotland with a specialization in channel marketing, sales and market positioning across various technology fields.
Scannell is actively involved in the mobile media industry through a number of ventures, including Futurist Cinema, a mobile media production company based in Scotland. He is also the co-founder of the mFlix mobile media channel on the Sprint PCS wireless network.
Scannell is also a consulting advisor to a number of leading industry groups, including those focused on RFID and embedded wireless sensing issues, and works with leading conference companies on trade shows and seminars worldwide. |
