Sharing PC default printer with laptop, wirelessly

I am trying to print share my PC default printer with my laptop. I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router and wireless PC card for my laptop. I can ping my PC from my laptop, but can't ping my laptop from my PC. The PC has Win XP Pro, and the laptop has Win XP home.

This could be happening for a number of reasons. The first thing to do is to check the IP address configuration of each machine to see if both computers are actually getting their Gateway, DNS, subnet mask and IP address from the Linksys router. If everything is the same except that the IP addresses are different, but in the same subnet (e.g. 198.162.1.100 and 198.168.1.102) you know both computers are "talking" to the router just fine. Also check to see if computer have been set up in a different workgroup. Make sure they are in the same workgroup. When all else fails give Linksys a call. Based on my experience, they have great phone support.
