The most basic answer is just install antivirus software. Something's better than nothing, right? Yes -- maybe from a security perspective, but it's not that easy in a corporate environment where you need to make sure the solution is manageable. I would say that if you're already running a corporate-wide antivirus package such as Symantec Corporate Edition, I'd look at their wireless antivirus product as well. Same for other vendors as well. This way you can deploy and manage your antivirus software with a familiar interface and possibly even have the option to use the same console you manage your desktops with.
